We all mistakes. Sadly in the games industry those mistakes can cost both he project and yourself a lot of time and money. These failures come in many forms: bad planning, over eagerness, or sometimes just a straight up lousy idea that sounded good at the time. In this roundtable attendees swap the war stories and lessons learned of previous projects, something that often happens in the after hours parties...but a lot of us miss out on if we're not invited to the conversation.
