Starting out with a small community is both humbling and frightening due to unknowns with meeting expectations. Breaking into a large and established audience is equally frightening, but for different reasons. The amount of support expected from users can be overwhelming; there is a culture to adapt to and making changes is a longer process where every step is judged upon. At some point one might stop and just keep doing things the way they\'ve always been done, but as the industry grows, it\'s important not to stay within the comfort zone.
