Chelsea strove for stability and leaned into the company's core values - caring first and foremost about the health and safety of its staff; maintaining consistent, empathetic and transparent communication with partners; and continuously evolving to improve work-from-home technology solutions.Chelsea will also share how she created unique programs to ensure the staff felt connected and cared for, including voluntary fitness challenges, Fun Lunch, a spirit and diversity rally, and providing access to mental health counselors and caregiver support groups
