During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mexican game development community grew bigger and more connected, both as a necessity and as an opportunity for everybody. As moderators of game development communities, we saw lots of things happening at once.This talk aims to share insights from 3 game developer communities in Mxico: indi-es, Women in GAMEX, and DevsVJ MX. We will share some of the learnings from managing communities while being fully online.
