This talk will re-introduce a career development toolkit that is freely available, designed to help managers grow and develop their team, or to help individuals manage their own growth. By providing specific examples of how expectations grow as one moves through their career, this talk will demystify the art of career development.nnFirst introduced at GDC Online 2011, the career development toolkit has been updated to reflect the growing awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion, ensuring that it continues to be a valuable resource for the video games industry.
