Overview:

The Layar app and platform allow developers to create augmented reality experiences using simple web technologies. Hosting a layer is as simple as hosting a website. Layar has many options to create interactive and dynamic experiences, so that any web application developer can leverage his knowledge to create AR apps. Now Layar provides an SDK for iOS and Android, so that mobile app developers can integrate their layer in the app, without requiring users to download and install the Layar app. I'll describe in detail the Layar APIs and possibilities of the SDK.
